Our Mission Statement

To provide individualized quality care that meets the total needs of the patient whose care can be safely and effectively managed in the home care environment without regards to race, sex, religion, or age. These needs, whether physical, emotional, social, or spiritual will be provided through the coordinated efforts of nursing, medicine, and other allied health care professionals.

Our Philosophy

The goals and services of Senior Care Source, Inc. are based on two fundamental philosophical principles:

A) the belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual, and
B) the belief that each individual regardless of age, sex, race, or religion, is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.

It is the contention of Senior Care Source, Inc. that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of that process. The needs, feelings, and contributions of such an individual vary in scope, but certainly in a kind from those in younger and more agile stages of development. For example, the extended family, rather than society as a whole, usually becomes the recipient of the contributions of the elderly individual. Although limited in nature, these contributions are no less important than the contributions made by the other age groups of the family. This agency is dedicated to rehabilitating aged and disabled individuals within the confines of their own homes, in order that they can maximize their contributions and fulfill their goals as family members, with a minimum of conflict. In accomplishing this end, it is felt that the self-respect of the individual can and will be enhanced.

Our Vision

To manage and administer the highest degree of quality comprehensive patient and family centered care to all patients within the confines of available resources and services in order to attain and/or maintain the patient’s highest level of wellness.
